Season Ticket Order Request Form

Thanks for your interest in McHenry County's own Professional Baseball Team.

Please submit the below form and mail your season ticket deposit check to:

A $50 deposit per seat purchased is required.

Example: If you would like to reserve 4 seats, you should provide a deposit check for $200.

Upon receipt of your deposit, we will assign you a numbered position in our seat selection process. Our seat selection process will take place in the near future. We will notify you in advance once a seat selection date has been determined.
